Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

My printer is stuck on the start up screen. The blue is filled up, only the first blue dot is filled in. I have tried powering on and off, unplugging and plugging back in for 5 minutes, unplugging for 24 hours and plugging back in.  It looks like all of the other forums have the same issue and I need the personal message.  Not sure why you can't post it publicly since we all have the same problem.
