Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C460FW Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
Product is the Samsung Xpress C460FW printer/scanner. It has been working great for several years however now all of a sudden it wont' scan. The following error comes up " Error connecting to the scanner device. Please re-select it in the device combo box to initialize the connection again. If it doesn't help, please turn the device off, then switch it on and wait while the device to warms up." I've done just that numerous times and tried reloading all of the drivers. The printer works but the scanner does not scan.
The computer has been connected directly to the printer through a USB port and it had been working fine up until a week ago. Help!!
