Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

2 diff brand new black ink cartridges... did print the printer page and then said Incompatible Ink Cartridge.  We are SOL  tired of throwing away good money without printing results.  We have cleaned all   We have unplugged and let rest and still not printing  HELP
