Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i (491A8AV)
After the recent updates on my Victus Desktop, I've run into issues with the microphones on both a USB Omen gaming headset and a Patriot Viper V380 headset being too quiet to be heard. At first no one could hear me, and I reinstalled the drivers to get one of them working. I also have a Nexigo HD webcam that does work as normal, but the sound is terrible. Short of wiping my computer, I'm not sure what to do. I've already tried the HP and MS troubleshooting systems and I've also tried reinstalling the Realtek drivers as well.
The input sound is at 100% and I almost have to yell to be heard.
