Product: HP Officejet 6500A e-All-in-One Printer - E710a
I replaced my empty print cartridge with a new one and it stated there was "Ink system failure" error code Oxc19a0020. I put the old one back in, and it still showed it. Tried multiple reset by turning off/on and unplugging and waiting several minutes. I have removed the print head and thoroughly cleaned it, put it back in, reset- still shows error. Made sure all the contacts on the printhead to hardware cleaned- nothing. Researched online communities for solutions- tried what I can find. Is there a hard factory reset I can perform? I hear those are risky, but my last shot at this point before throwing it out.
