Hello,

 

When my laptop is switched off the battery charges fine and the light goes from orange to white (fully charged). However, the moment I switch the laptop on the lights go out and stops charging.

I have replaced battery and charger and the problem still remains. I have also updated my bios, windows 11 and removed and reinstalled the battery drives without any success! 

 

Please help!
