Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I click on the "Scan" button in HP Smart, and then try to select "Scan to Computer," all I see is the choice for webscan (which I think I might have clicked on when I installed the computer today, but would never use) and the message "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer."

 

Well, I'm the idiot who set up the computer, and I need help on getting rid of anything to do with webscan so I can simply "Scan to Computer."

 

Any advice, anyone?
