I have a HP 8035 Printer using HP Smart Print Software. All of a sudden when I went to print, it came back with print cancelled. The only way to print was to set the printer to HP8035.
I did some trouble shooting like disabling my anti-virus and malware, I uninstalled then reinstalled my printer software but nothing works. I then went into my printer properties and changed one setting from "print front to back" to "print back to front" and the printer worked with using HP Smart Printing. I went in to all user accounts on my home computer and changed all the printer settings to "print back to front". I did this after initially trying to print with its' current setting and found it had the same problem.
