Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I bought HP Creator wireless mouse 930 for macbook pro! But I couldn't record keystrokes in HP accessory center on my mac os but it works in windows! Help me! I bought for Rs. 7000 but its making my life hard. 

and also couldn't register my product on my profile! says invalid serial number so, couldn't contact help support also!
