HP Recommended

I have tried everything but I cannot get my touch screen to start working again. The HID-Compliant Touchscreen Driver has completely disappeared, even under the hidden devices and in the setting it now says that "No pen or touch input is available for this display." I have done a factory reset but it still isn't working. Please help!
