Hi, I'm in the HP Instant Ink program for 6 years now and I don't get new cartridges. HP Smart tells me I have enough ink. But I don't have enough. My prints are ridiculous bad. I've done all the steps mentioned in the Support page. I have done this every month. And also printing 1 page so the ink won't dry out. I don't print very much. When is HP sending me new ink??
