Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I am receiving a false paper jam error and a code 0x6100004a. I have checked all the places for a jam to no avail and when I go to clean the ink jets they will not move to the center as normal. I am unable to preform any tasks. What can I do next prior to pitching it? I have also tried to reboot it by unplugging properly and turning off and on several times! I am out of warranty.

Frustrated!!
