In one of your users HP 240 G8 laptop, Wifi and BT adapter/drivers are suddenly and frequently disappearing from Device Manager, when he is shutdown the device and power on the device after some time, he is not able to access the internet , he is not receiving any wifi option in the settings, there are no windows updates done or recived during this unusual event, only after installing the wifi drive only the adapter/drivers are restoring, we need a permanent fix for this issue, because of this event he is unable to, work properly and reach is day to day work targets/goles.
