Hello everyone, Help me please trobleshooting kode eror 15.B1.A0 HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E58650dn

What has been done : following the notification instructions on the printee, checking for jammed paper according to the notification and between the rollers, removing the ink collector unit and pressing green 8, performing advanced jam recovery, turning off and restarting the printer, currently not resolved
