Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 750-467c

Hello we are getting invalid or missing product information on a desktop PC we have not changed the hardware on.  The System Board CT Number is blank in System Information, would really appreciate any advice on getting this machine back up; it is well past its warranty date but the company owner does NOT want to replace it
