I was scammed, in the end they didn't get any money but, they were in my HP Stream it seems they put an extra sign-on between the power-up and were you enter your PIN for Windows. I purchased a Password Zapper It worked great on my old Lenovo. I was able remove the scammers crap. As for the HP I can get into the computer and clear the passwords and go into BIOS reset to factory defaults and I disabled secure boot. I get to the windows picture screen when I click on it to enter my PIN a second screen pops up to enter a password.
I think if he could put it on my Hard Drive there must be a way to remove it in BIOS. My question Is dose anyone know how to do that?
