HP Recommended

Just purchased an HP 450 G9 Probook and the recommended USB-C G5 dock. Everything works fine except getting two HP E24 G4 FHD Monitors to work when connected to the two displayport connections. The HDMI port drives one of these monitors just fine - no output is detected when one or two are on the displayports however. I have upgraded the firmware on the laptop and dock, as well as installed the latest video driver. Any other suggestions to get this to work?
