Product: HP EliteBook 840 G8 Notebook PC (26D63AV)
Hi, I was able to register the tile when I first setup the laptop but since I've re-imaged it will not check back in and I am unable to a or remove the old one from my account. I've disabled tile in the bios, re-imaged with cloud recovery, reset bios security setting and set settings back to default. The Remove PC button will not show up and Tile support is no help. Has anyone else had this problem?
