We have a new router , and my printer will not connect to my internet, I have tried about 25 times with new passwords., and etc and nothing works and I cannot print from my phone or my desktop. Thank you Eva Hollowell, 870-945-2126, and I am on the printer ink program with you and I am receiving ink when the printer is low on ink.my printer is the HP office jet 4630 model and I have had it for around 5 years.
