I have an All In One 23-r017c running Windows 10 and my touchscreen doesn't work. I have checked in Device Manager and there is absolutely no "HID-compliant touchscreen" there. I have several HID-compliant vendor-specified devices when I turn on Show Hidden Devices, but no touchscreen. I have checked HP support and there are no drivers for the touchscreen, and I can find them anywhere else. It *should* be a Microsoft driver but at this point the device doesn't even appear in Device Manager. Perhaps if I knew the PID and VEN numbers of the device I could see if it's showing up as one of the vendor specified items.
It's very frustrating that Windows 8 forced the touchscreen market and then Windows 10 eliminated support for it.
