After a very unproductive interaction with a chat agent, I'm keen to see whether anyone knew how to get in touch with customer service by email as contact details seem very hard to find!!
The issue is that I'm signed up to a A$6.99 plan but I am getting billed in an alternative currency meaning I get charged A$7.19 plus a 20c overseas transaction charge on my card, total A$7.39. The agent I spoke to was convinced I was being charged in AUD but this isn't what my card statement shows. He told me that I should speak to my bank who I'm sure would say there's nothing they can do as the payment provider is not charging my card in AUD. I previously had the same issue in NZ with charges not being made in NZD making me think this is a more widespread issue. Does anyone have any thoughts?
