Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have an error message for a document feeder jam.  I've opened the document feeder (there is no jammed material) and have followed all of the instructions.  The error message persists.  The printer will print and can scan from the glass but the feeder doesn't work.  Any thoughts?
