Product: OfficeJet 3830

I have 2 Zombie printers on my account that cannot be deleted.  HP Instant ink was cancelled on them long ago and the printers have been trashed.  I cannot find a way to get rid of them. Under the printer there is printer options and mange printer which wants me to enter a claim code and enroll in instant ink.  I just want these gone.  I found an HP YouTube video but what the show in the video does not even appear on the site.  I think this is also effect print anywhere since it never has worked and whenever I click on it, I always get "Something went wrong" immediately. How cna I delete these printers and get print anywhere to work?
