Hi,
I've been having trouble booting up one of my z4 g4 workstations.
It was working fine but then one day went to turn it on, power light comes on and fans start up as normal but after a few moments the fans will go full speed and nothing will happen.
I'm getting no error beeps or lights flashing on the front. Here's what I've tried to far:
Remove all RAM from the system - 3 long beeps 2 short beeps. Inserting each of the RAM sticks individually into CPU0-DIMM1 and nothing boots, gives me no beeps again and the fans go full speed like before. Just incase I did try RAM in CPU0-DIMM2 but that gave me the 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps.
Remove Graphics Card - no change, no beeps and fans go full speed.
Remove Storage - no change.
Remove disc drive - no change.
Reset CMOS - no change.
Any recommendations what else I could try? any help would be appreciated!
