Product: Victus

My laptop (HP Victus) is extremely slow and hard to use, it keeps freezing and I can barely used it. This is supposingly a gaming laptop, but can't even handle minor video display properties. I did follow the Hp video on youtube, but it doesn't help. I haven't used this laptop much, so it's not like it's a program that I've installed that's causing the issues.

 

I am trying to used microsoft clipchamp for video editing, but it doesn't display the video properly, but even video playback isn't doing so great.

 

please help
