Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone,

 

I am facing Touchpad mouse issue after installing windows 10 into my laptop . Model: HP 15.5 inch laptop PC 15-d5000(4v9y1av)

I updated all the drivers from HP support but still touchpad mouse not working. USB mouse working fine after installing the drivers. 

Pls support what could be the problem, Help.
