HP Recommended

My HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 printer has a wireless connection to my computer / Wi-Fi and suddenly went offline and is showing a message, "The printer update could not be downloaded."  Then it switches to a display saying "downloading 00%."  How do I correct this situation?
