I have the same error message:
After printing out my passport application, a message popped up with the message "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure that it is correctly installed and then touch OK". I have replaced these cartridges recently with my Instant Ink subscription recently and I'm still in good standing and grandfathered in my free plan. I have HP Envy 5540
I have tried all the formentioned things in the forum posts still no joy. I have instant ink subscription again and I get the run around if I talk about ordering any new ink because they will say my pinter shows full ink how do I get around this please help?
