Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. My printer (m2026w) is useless at the moment.

 

I get SPL Including corrupted data

position: 0x7c665 (509541)

system: h6fwsim/xl_image

LINE: 510

Version: SPL 5.93 06-09-2014

Error code: 11-1114

 

I already tried:

 

Using it on another PC

Updating FW

Resetting OS

uninstalled printer

used wirelessy and via cable (now i'm using it USB)

If i try the demo print, it print normally, so the problem should not be hardware.

 

I really need to solve this problem. Can't find a solution. It's really frustrating.
