Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

Hi

 

I recently bought a HP wireless mouse Z3700 with a USB receiver and after a month it's no longer connecting. Battery is fine, lights up, Bluetooth light blinks, shows up in Bluetooth as an input device, usb receiver connected.

 

Mouse just doesn't work. Tried updating, rebooting etc, driver uninstall/reinstall. Nothing works. Help?

 

FYI I have replaced the battery, it is turned on and I've done the basic instructions to no avail. Please don't ask me to complete the most basic steps, already done these.
