Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everytime I print the page count doubles the amount that I have printed-this is single side sheets not double sided-I know a count is taken even when sheets are blank which is annoying as it happens regularly

I contacted HP support,was told somebody would ring me and all they did was close the claim,no phonecall,no explanation,no contact so no answer

I fortunately do not print much so within my plan but annoyed and before an answer if any that the printer accumulated over the the month not necessarily on the day I have been on holiday for several weeks and the printer has been switched off!!
