Hi, I should have 150 rollover pages carried over from last month and the months before it; however, with the beginning of this month (October) cycle, my rollover pages turned 0 instead of 150 pages. I did not even print anything last month! Moreover, My printer is connected to web services and HP SMART App confirms it, but the website thinks it is not connected!
My printer is updated to the most recent firmware, and I already tried three different browsers, on different occasions, that showed the same results.
Please fix the HP Instant Ink website and billing and bring back my 150 rollover pages.
