Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S7AV)

I am setting up my new laptop and I’m currently stuck on the ‘choose privacy setting for your device’ screen. I cannot hit next or learn more.

 

Not sure how to move forward and finish setting up my laptop. It doesn’t allow me restart either. 

Please help.
