HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer

I am getting "The print cartridge cannot move" error.

There is no paper Jam, I can move the cartridge tray as described in the troubleshooting sections, the tray actually moves if I click OK.

I also did a reset per this entry: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/Printer-cartridge-cannot-move/td-p/6739368

and all the other steps in the link from this doc https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03079130.

I can see there's an advanced reset that could be tried "If you are able to move the carriage freely, then I would suggest the next step would be to perform an advanced reset on the printer. "

 

Could someone please send me the steps to do this please ?
