Product: HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-er1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I don't have internet at home. So, I had  t o  use public WIFI to set up my new HP laptop. Surprised at home, because I can't sign in without internet. I work at home which doesn't require internet. 

1. Is there a way to sign in without internet?

2. Can I set up to skip sign in process?
