Microsoft Windows 11

Hi:  Yesterday, i was running windows update, and noted their were two "hung" hp printer drivers.  These messages we stuck there, indicating that there was a software update that could not be installed.  There were two of these messages (I also have two printers, one Color LJ 276nw and a Color LJ 277ndw).  Both use ONLY HP toner cartridges.  No cartridges were replace recently.  I am running windows 11,  OS Build 22621.2506 Version 22H2.

Shortly after my computer I receive a pop-up asking me to authenticate my toner cartridges (I believe it is related to the CLJ 276nw).  When I click the button to authenticate and receive an error message stating:  "We are unable to access the internet to authenticate your cartridge."  The device is connect to the LAN (hardwired) and I am able to print without issues.

But just since this faulty "update" during windows update, this started then (immediately). I was able to get the "failed update" notifications to stop by uninstalling and then re-installing the full driver set for each of my printers.  It was after that, that I started getting message (image below).  Ideas?

The message is a nuisance and I would like to do what is necessary to fix it.  Something with the latest pushed update (i am 98% certain) caused this.

printer is running firmware Version: 20190401
