Product: HP Pavilion p6654y Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The HP Support Assistant crashes whenever I try to login.  I know my login is working because I can login on another HP machine.  When I contacted tech support, they refused to work on my issue because it was out of warranty and wanted to charge me for thier work,  I find this situation totally unacceptable.
