Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)

The "optimize your performance" feature in HP Support Assistant is not working.

After trying to run, I get a red "X".  

And in red, it says:  1. [A1] - Operation not completed.

                                    2. [B1] - Operation not completed.

 

Any suggestions ?
