why no software update driver update for 23H2 version? 

in windows 11 23h2 version. My microphone is not working. I have kept my laptop upto date with all updates updated. Even then my microphone is not working. I didnt install any third party app. Pls help to resolve the issue. In hp portal no any new software updates are listed for windows 11 23h2 version.
