Product: HP 15-r008nc Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Hello, my HP wonť start.

After pressing the power button, the red light on the F12 button lights up permanently,

no flashing, and after a while the white light on the CapsLock key starts flashing.

Blinking frequency about once every three or four second.
