HP Recommended

 

In 2014 I bought 2 HP desktop computers.
For the last week I have Been trying to update them to windows 10. After going thru the complete installation disk etc, near the end it says on the screen and it says on the screen " this computer cannot be upgraded to windows 10 ".
I have included the windows 10 system requirements and both computers meet the requirements.
My first computer is a touch screen 23" A-I-O HP 23-f213w
My second computer is a floor model P7-1423w
I have included attachment [pictures of the screens and requirements.

Can you tell me how to upgrade these computers to windows 10 as they seem to meet the requirements, or, tell me what is wrong.
