Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been trying to submit a dispute over my warranty because I bought a HP Renew Product 7 days ago but the warranty check show me my warranty coverage is expired. I have filled out the dispute form and added the proof of purchase, but everytime I try to submit the form, it shows me the "error 500" page and it tells me that the support site is unavailable, Now this status is for about 5 days. Can I get some assistence in this matter?
