I have just unboxed the Sprocket I got, it is a Xmas present for my wife.

She installed the app on her smartphone, signed up, set up the printer, but as she starts the firmware update the ring will spin forever and the installation never gets completed.

A warning message also reads not to turn off or reset the device while upgrading the firmware... but since it looked stuck I have killed the app, and if I restart it the firmware is not updated.

I can actually print photos, she successfully did it twice, but I would like to updated the printer!

We tried on both smartphones (her and mine), and we have the latest Android installed 14.0.3.

Any help?
