Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Running HP diagnostics, all hardware passes until it comes to cpu test (both fast test and full test), then the tests cancel when they get to the end, no explanation.  Happens every time.

 

Windows 10 Pro
