HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

I am having exactly the same issue as described here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/My-Printer-is-not-showing-on-Hp-Smart-A...

When I  have unpacked and connected my new printer, opened HP app and it has dected the printer on the network and 'connected' it. Everything is  running just fine but when i go to My Account and Manage Hp Account to change my printer email.

It is showing NO owned printers. My Printer is a HP Color Laser Jet MFP M283fdw. Any solutions would be appreciated. I have already followed the advice from the previous thread, no luck. HP App shows the printer (but with '?' icon and 'some features are not available', I can print, but printer itself does not show up as 'linked to my account/owned by me' so I cannot effectively manage it (i.e. change assigned email. So i'm out of ideas. Since its not showing up in My Account i can't change the printer email. Thanks
