Hello,
I recently purchased an HP LaserJet M110w, which was supposed to include a 6-month InstantInk trial. While setting up the new printer, I attempted to initiate the trial through the HP Smart application on MacOS. Unfortunately, this application has some glitches, preventing me from activating the trial. I assumed the issue would be resolved by the time my current cartridges reached a low level. However, now that the time has come, the trial option is not even visible. I have resorted to activating a 1-month trial, but it doesn't seem fair. I was promised a 6-month trial, and I would like to rectify this issue. What steps can I take to resolve this problem?
