HP Recommended

I have an HP OfficeJet 9010 printer and have previously received necessary ink refills in plenty of time before running out of ink, but I did not receive the magenta cartridge and it is not empty. There is no shipment in process either. How do I request a cartridge to be sent? I have been unable to print for over a week, and really need this ASAP.
