Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After a while after starting a 3D game (War Thunder or WoWs), the following message appears: Fatal Error 3D device cannot be reset, and the game becomes impossible.

It is determined to be normal in device manager, dxdiag, etc.
I've tried reinstalling the game, initializing Windows using recovery, and installing old drivers, but it keeps happening again for unknown reasons...
