HP Recommended

My Envy x360 (model15-fe0053dx camera does not function. When I open the app, there is a black screen with a pic of a camera with a line through it. There's also a pop-up that says my camera may be covered (but it isn't) and a suggestion that I slide a shutter near the camera, press a button on the keyboard, or slide a camera switch on my device. The problem is, my laptop has NONE of those options available to me. There is no shutter, no slide, and no F13 or camera key on my keyboard. The help options on my device, and the internet have been less than helpful.
