Product: HP EliteBook 820 G2 Notebook PC

Hello. My laptop shows the 90b cpu fan error. i tried going into bios but i can't get into it (when pressing f10 it doesn't go into bios but into the 90b error screen). i changed the cpu fan but it still doesn't boot into windows or bios. the fan starts for a seccond and it doesn't spin after that. If enybody has eny ideas what is happening and how to fix this i would be really thankful.
